We currently limit our class size to 7 members.  Please get in touch with us if you are dropping in to make sure there is space available.

8:30am Masters Class (Reserved for ages 60+)

3:30, 4:30, and 5:30pm CrossFit Class

6:30pm Teens (Starting in June 2022)

Tuesday 

5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am CrossFit Class

4:30, and 5:30pm CrossFit Class

6:30pm Teens (Starting in June 2022)

Wednesday
