We currently limit our class size to 8 members, depending on the day and workout. Please get in touch with us if you are dropping in to make sure there is space available.

5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am CrossFit Class
8:30am Masters Class (Reserved for ages 60+)
3:30, 4:30, and 5:30pm CrossFit Class
Tuesday
5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am CrossFit Class
3:30, 4:30, and 5:30pm CrossFit Class
Wednesday
5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am CrossFit Class
