CrossFit StoneFly opened its doors in late 2019 to provide the Madison Valley and surrounding area with functional fitness training. At CrossFit StoneFly, we aim to provide our members with a safe, educational, and fun experience, making it the best hour of their day!

Bryce, a Montana native, graduated from Montana State University in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science. After a long track and field career, Bryce continued to train and find ways to improve on his fitness. Bryce has been coaching and practicing CrossFit since 2015.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Katy graduated from Montana State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Geology. She currently works at the Yellowstone Mine as a Geological Engineer. However, she has always had a passion for health and fitness. Katy has been practicing CrossFit since 2015 and has been coaching since 2018.

CrossFit is our flagship class! Beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes are all welcome! We focus our training around the 10 components of physical fitness: Cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. These components are combined differently everyday with varying levels of intensity to deliver the most effective training stimulus!
Seniors and beginners, this one is for you! While still a CrossFit class, Masters has been tailored to meet the demands of the older/beginner athlete. Strength, endurance, and coordination are just a few of the components you'll encounter during a Master's Session.

Our CrossFit Teens class gives younger athletes an opportunity to learn new skills and build a foundation for better health. Currently, we are only offering CrossFit Teens on a seasonal basis. We hope to have a regular scheduled Teens Class start in May 2020. For more information about CrossFit Teens, shoot us an email!
